Our NEWEST addition, the AMX400 is a modular analog/mixed-signal tester that offers a cost- effective solution for parallel testing of up to 32 devices. The AMX400 supports wafer sort through final test applications. Our discrete test capabilities go well beyond testing field effect transistors, and in fact, most are used to test bipolar devices. From diodes and transistors to power converters and switches, FETtest systems are in continuous use in production, test, inspection, and characterization for final test and wafer probing applications.
