A variety of instrument modules are available to optimize the AMX400 for specific test requirements

System Calibration Module
The AMX400 provides fast accurate instrument calibration using the auto-calibration feature. Calibration reference data is stored in EEPROM and is certifiably traceable (NIST).

Voltage/Current (V/I) Stimulus/Measure Module
DC stimulus and measurement is provided by the V/I modules providing up to 2A and 100V capability. The system is configurable from up to ten single - or dual - matrixed VI modules, and up to 64 non-matrixed Octal VI modules.

Cross Point Matrix Module
Instrument modules may be switched across the system's 96 device pins through the Cross Point Matrix Modules. An expandable array of TTL relay control bits is provided for DUT board switching requirements. The matrix is composed of mercury relays, switching force, sense, and guard lines for each analog channel. The guard lines are designed to protect the DUT from stray leakage current.
