FETtest offers a variety of Interface options, which expand test capability and provide connection to other production line resources. These interfaces range in complexity from simple handler/prober interfaces to interfaces with user programmable external component connections, to capacitance measurement systems. Models are available to work with the full range of FETtest systems and Remote Stations.

IF2 - User Programmable Interface
Adds user programmable component plugs to the basic IF1 Optional programmable lead switching Models available for PUT devices

IF3S - Capacitance Interface
Performs 1MHz capacitance measurements on 2, 3, and 4 lead devices Auto calibration file maintained to improve accuracy and repeatability User programmable component plugs (except IF3D, diode version)

IF4S - Capacitance Interface for Dual Device Testing
Performs 1MHz capacitance measurements on dual segment devices Auto calibration file maintained to improve accuracy and repeatability User programmable component plugs

IF5 - Quad Tester Module
Multiplexes three Kelvined leads of four testers to DUT Can switch leads of multiple FETtest systems plus QA testers Suitable for automated handling or manual insertion

IF9 - Multiplexing Module
Performs all of the standard FETtest system tests and combines this with Inductive Load testing, Thermal testing, and Capacitance tests. Can perform CS (gate capacitance) and RG (gate resistance) tests for dual or single devies at one DUT site.

IF10 - Low RDS Measurment Module
Makes RDS (Resistance Drain to Source) measurements of less than 1 ohm.
